General conditions

1 - VILLEGIATOUR

 Villegiatour assures the booking and sale of all kinds of leisure facilities. It makes the first step easier by offering a quick and sure manner of booking.

2 - RESPONSIBILITY

The service of VILLEGIATOUR which offers leisure facilities to a customer is the customer’s only interlocutor that answers and executes the obligations concerning the present conditions of sale. Villegiatour isn’t responsible in case of fortuitous events or acts of persons that are strange to the organisation of the stay.

3 - BOOKING

The booking is confirmed when a deposit of 33 % of the global price of the stay is paid, and a copy of the contract signed by the customer has been sent back to Villegiatour eight days maximum after a confirmation by phone, fax of by e-mail.

4 - PAYMENT

Customers have to pay the total price one month before the beginning of the stay otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

5 - ANIMALS

Customers who want to take an animal with them, have to ask for permission in advance.

6 - ARRIVAL

Customers have to arrive on a Saturday between 4 p.m and 6 p.m.. If it isn’t possible, customers have to inform the owner of the accomodation about this change. In case of non-presence, there won’t be any refund.

7 - CANCELLING CHARGE

Before the date of the stay,

- more than 90 days :     no charge,
- between 89 and 45 days :     33 % of the total price,
- between 44 and 15 days :     50 % of the total price,
- between 14 and 7 days :     75 % of the total price,
- less than 7 days :     100 % of the total price,

8 - LAWSUIT

All lawsuit concerning our contracts and interventions are within the competences of the court of VALENCE.

9 - MODIFICATION

If there are any modifications concerning essentiel elements of the stay before its beginning, or if it has been cancelled because of unforseeable, irresistible or unchangeable events, or because of reasons concerning the customer’s interests or security, the customer can cancel the booking without paying any charge.
The contract is valable for a certain number of persons. In case of exceeding this number, VILLEGIATOUR is allowed to modify or cancel the contract.

10 - PARTICULARITIES

Stays usually start on a Saturday at 4 p.m. and end on a Saturday at 10 a.m. Exceptionally, when there is no season, the stay can be only for a weekend.
Price includes the water consumption and the electricity until 60 kW per week and for accomodations with swimming-pool 100 kW per week. In general the heating is supplementary and will be paid directly to the owner of the accomodation.
The owner will check the accomodation at your arrival and at your departure. A deposit is requested from 230 € to 460 € ( for certain houses sometimes more).
Cleaning of the accomodation has to be made by the customer himself at the end of the stay; if you would rather avoid it, you’ll have to pay 55 € ( for certain houses more) . You have to bring the linen an sheets, except if you have already booked them by way of Villegiatour agency.
